Over more than 25 years, Ines Ganz has gained broad know-how and outstanding professional capacity in the luxury and beauty industry. Her sense for trends and her longstanding international experience make her a highly sought-after consultant in the development of sustainable luxury products and niche brands as well as their distribution with regard to trade, concept stores and multichannel.

After her training as makeup artist, she worked five years at Deutsche Oper Berlin for TV, theatre and film in Berlin, Hamburg, Salzburg and Edinburgh, ensued by a fixed engagement as makeup artist at the Bavarian State Opera in Munich. At the same time, Ines Ganz worked for the companies CHANEL, DIOR and GUERLAIN.

For Estée Lauder Companies she successfully took over the management for M.A.C Cosmetics’ first German point of sale at LUDWIG BECK in 1998. As well after her change to LUDWIG BECK AG in 2000, she was able to establish the sustainable success as location No.1 in Germany in her function as sales director and purchaser.

Thanks to her visionary focus on luxury and niche brands and her exceptional love for quality, tradition and extraordinary concepts, Ines Ganz was able to expand LUDWIG BECK’s beauty department to an internationally recognized beauty entity in the following years as a pioneer in her field.

The knowledge gained from her work as professional makeup artist and her profound commercial know-how is what Ines Ganz has been passing on with her company GANZ LUXURY & BEAUTY CONSULTING since 2011.

She accompanied the assortment expansion and launch of the successful luxury and niche beauty online shop ludwigbeck.de as well as the start of many young beauty labels and online shops, including notable brands such as mawiLove and MUTI skincare.

Today, she is working as a consultant for established companies, start-ups, department and concept stores on topics such as brand and product development, trade and multi-channel.
